Description of the speaker:
James is an English solicitor with 25 years’ experience working within a large international law firm. He was the head of the litigation department in his former firm but has broad experience of corporate, commercial, IP and employment issues. Now living in Ibiza he runs two equal pay businesses in the UK and has a private legal practice principally in motor sport. His favourite work was cross examining boxing promoter Frank Warren and taking on Lewis Hamilton’s father for another F1 driver.
